BURNING & SAFETY​

+ Keep away from drafts and vibrations and Keep out of reach of children and pets.
+ Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
+ Trim  your wick to 1/4” before lighting.
+ Do not burn the candle for more than4 hours at a time.
+ All candles will be hot after burning, so allow wax to cool completely before handling.
+ All Candles must be burned under a safe surface because it will melt and could cause a fire hazard

FAQ

• HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?

Our normal shipping rates are applied to each shipment. A $12.50 flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to all domestic orders.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are processed and shipped from Palm Bay, Florida within 3-5 business days. Upon shipment, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided along with the tracking number.

• WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship with the United States .we not ship to Hawaii ,Alaska and California ( For all Plant ) and do not offer any international shipping.

• CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours after ordering and will be refunded the full amount. After 12 hours, your stock will be filled/pulled and production will begin. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

If you'd like to return your product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original condition. Custom labels or scents are not returnable but are replaceable if damaged. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) as well as original shipping. 

Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective and I ask that you keep that in mind when ordering. 

If you are not able to smell the scent before lighting/melting, DO NOT use the item and contact me immediately. Used items cannot be returned/refunded.

We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
